Abstract
A case of Eosinophilic Granuloma in mediastinal lymph node and lung in 16 year-old male was presented. The patient was admitted with sudden onset of dyspnea and was diagnosed bilateral pneumothorax. The pneumothorax was not improved .with bilateral dosed thoracotomy, and exploratory thoracotomy was performed under the impression of bronchopleural fistula. The operation finding showed an upper mediastinal mass and bilateral honycomb lung with ruptured multiple bullae which were confirmed eosinophilic granuloma involving mediastinal lymph node and both lung pathologically.
