Abstract
A case of bilateral primary lung cancer occured synchronously is reported with brief review of literature. The incidence of synchronous lung cancer is sufficiently rare. However, the incidence of synchronous lung cancer has been increased because of the improvement of early detection techniques and cancer therapy. Thus more careful evaluation of diagnosis and management of lung cancers is necessary.
