A Case of Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Abstract
Pulmonary embolism nearly always results from deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities and pelvis. The patients who is a 29-year-old man with chief complaints of breathlessness and recurrent hemoptysis was identified with pulmonary angiography for the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism. Venous thrombosis of the left lower extremity was confirmed by venography. We report a case of pulmonary thromboembolism with references.
