Bronchogenic Cyst, though known as a relatively common malformation of the mediastinum in western, were discussed about twenty cases in Korea. Recently, we encountered a case of bronchogenic cyst of posterior and medial basal segment of right lower lobe in 57 year old female patient, without previous history for respiratory illness. Pathologically, cyst was lined with pseudostratified columnar epithelium with chronic inflammatory cell infiltration and filled with whitish-jelly like mucus. Review of literature was done briefly.
