Two Cases of Inflammatory Pseudotumors of the Lung

Abstract
The inflammatory pseudotumor is non nepolastic pulmonary mass lesion of unknown etiology composed of a variety of inflammatory and mesenchymal cells, including plasma cells, histiocytes, mast cells, lymphocytes and spindle shaped mesenchymal cells. These different types of cells occur in varing unmbers in different areas of the same lesion, and this variability of appearence has given rise to the large numbers, such as plasma cell granuloma, pseudotumor, histiocytoma, xanthoma, fibroxanthoma , solitary mast cell granuloma etc. The author report two cases of inflammatory pseudotumor with the brief review of references
