Abstract
Two cases of Pulmonary Candidiasis were found without any precipitating factors. It’s clinical course was similar with ordinary bacterial pneumonia but the duration was longer and satisfactorly treated with oral mycos tatin and discontinuatíon of antibiotics. Many authers recommend amphotericin B in candidiasis treatment, uníortunately we could not use it because of it's severe side effect. The diagnosis of primary pulmonary candidiasis is difficult in practice. A contamination of normal flora should be ruled out Írom regular sputum examination. There were many methods of getting pathologic organisms from lesion with lesser contamination such as bronchoscopy, bronchial aspiration with catheter and lung bíopsy. But we couldnot.
